Good luck with your small fingers sissy
Nintendo NX Leaks
Other urls found in this thread:
This is possibly the least convincing fake, including mspaint drawings, of the NX that I have ever seen.
>glue jelly beans on plastic
IT'S REAL GUYS
theyd never forgo their perfect d-pad design for that trash
kys
kek, those buttons look like some candy you buy at theaters. those buttons look like they'll melt into a sticky chocolate mess if you leave the controller out in the sun. those buttons look like they'll fall off at any moment, only to be found months later when you're cleaning your couch and you decide to take the risk and eat it.
>That skyscraper screen on the left
There isnt even a seam to bend it 0/10
>symmetrical analog sticks
>also, asymmetrical analog sticks but no connectors on that side
>lower case letters
Wasn't it supposed to have those mouse wheels on the shoulders?
>showing only older games on it
This is the biggest telltale sign of a shitty 3D render fake.
I am triggered by those triggers
REAL NX LEAK DO NOT SHARE
Worst castlecrashers
>those Fisher Price tier buttons
A FUCKING CHILDREN'S TOY
>lets show our new console with an old Castlevania no one remembers!
So stupid its believable
Couldn't they have chosen a more convincing game than Portrait of Ruin?
>dat plastic quality
jesus fuck, its like they went for the lowest bidder, this bidder outsourced an order to some chinese sweatshop, this sweatshop outsourced it to indian poorhouse, that poorhouse went bankrupt and send order to somalian loony bin, and there they gave it to retarded local septic tank cleaner which was blind and had both hands broken.
This is the worst fucking thing I've ever seen. Fuck you for making me see it.
>some fuck actually put a lot of work into this render and thought it looked good
It's that way because someone wanted to show off his 3D render/3D printing skills and/or thought this would actually be a convincing leak.
you live disgustingly
That looks like the most easily broken screen on the planet
Need a grip, any kind will do, like the vita grip addon...else people will get cramps
>it's a "I'll pretend the human eye can't see the difference between reality and CGI" thread
awww
Would make an interesting DS successor
How many tablets you know of that can bend?
boy are you in for a surprise
>yfw you unbox your NX and this is the controller
One, your mom
My sources tell me that the nintendo NX GPU is based on the S3 virge chipset:
youtube.com
...
>unbox NX
>it floats upwards and gets popped by the ceiling fan
W-why are you calling me a sissy, y-you meanie.
One thing I notice about these fakes is that nobody has ever been able to make the analog sticks look right in any fake for any console
My moms not really a tablet....more a human type
Jesus Christ that's fucking ugly!
Ditching the standard + d-pad they have always used would be the stupidest possible thing Nintendo could do which is why I'm convinced this is probably real
>Those buttons
I would kill myself immediately
This literally looks like it's for toddlers. There's no way it's real. That's why it is real because Nintendo are FUCKING IDIOTS
Their dpad has been shit since GCN due to being hard as a rock. It literally gave me callouses while playing Other M
I like it...
That actually looks really cool but I doubt it's real.
>all these rumors that Nintendo is bringing back cartridges
They can't literally be this stupid, right Sup Forums? I mean it is current year, how is this possible?
It repeats the fears I have with wii u. The expensive controller means that it's probably going to be hard to get multiplayer working, and that in the distant future, if the controller breaks and you can't find a replacement, you might as well throw the console in the trash.
I'm legitimately considering selling my wii u collection now because if the tablet dies, it will just be a paperweight. And don't give me any nintendium bullshit, the official tablet charger has already broken on me
>nintendo plans their next failure.jpg
If you have used an SD card lately you should know it is very possible
you should read some tech paper about "current year" flash memory.
It's the future.
Nintendo had the cross based dpad design for long ass time. No fucking way that they going stop using it. But now they don't own the patent anymore and everyone can use it.
Because cartridge technology has improved and despite still being more to produce than discs, has many benefits.
Look at the nearest SD cart and see how much storage it has.
It's because it's current year. Disc Media became out dated years ago.
>Sup Forums will play this thing in public without shame
...
Jeez, I dunno.
It some kind of magic stuff.
But SD cards and cartridges still cost more than discs though.
You'd end up paying upwards of $300 to play the newest Kawaii Magical Princessu game because one SD card wouldn't be enough to hold all the titty jiggle FMVs and shit.
Or it'll be like the 90s again, when Sony had all the JRPGs and big cutscene games and Nintendo had Superman 64.
If they want to go portable, its cartridge or bust, because having a CD-ROM drive in it just will suck all power away.
TWO SCREENS???
It's nearly $300 for a 512GB SD card.
that hurt to read.
How much does that cost by the way, you fucking retard. Enjoy having 40 extra dollars tacked on to your game because little sd cards
My name is Freddy Francisco. I'm rich enough to buy a Nintendo NX and one (1) game.
Are you?
>Good luck with your small fingers sissy
If I can play on a Vita comfortably I can play on that thing which is much bigger especially with the buttons.
Also
>Nintendo
>getting rid of their perfect D-pad design.
God, what a cunt.
Here is a thing, they don't pay the same price as the consumer, they order in bulk.
It's a lot more cheaper, still expensive in comparison to blurays.
Instead of accepting your defeat and doing a little research you went in full damage control mode and started writing nonsense
Don't expect anyone to take you seriously anymore
How big is the average PS4 game anyways?
32 gb sd cards would probably be more than enough, right? Maybe the occasional mass effect/final fantasy could splurge for 64.
And when you get bored of the game you can erase the sd card and use it as a back up 32gb
They make SD cards with smaller sizes retard.
No game out there uses 512GB right now
the cartridge will just contain the game license and no actual game data, you'll have to download the games to actually play them. Welcome to the future
Can't wait to play games run by a mobile gpu
The Vita has the shittiest, tiniest face buttons on the fucking planet. I don't know what they were thinking.
Have neither of you played on the vita before? You can decently sized games on a cartridge.
You don't even need 500 gigs for game atm, and the prize for a 60gb at retail prize is 20$.
Won't they just stream off Nintendo's remote servers?
>You'd end up paying upwards of $300
Only a little bit more. Like maybe 7 bucks for a 50 GB SDcard vs 1 buck for a BD.
Still I'm not sure it's a good idea for Nintendo...but they will do it because they love portable.
Accepting my defeat?
But user, I'm right.
Say they go for a 32GB card. That's still like $20 for just the card, and a disc is pennies.
>And when you get bored of the game you can erase the sd card and use it as a back up 32gb
They're not going to let you erase the game
Blops 3 was a 50GB install, and still wanted to pull stuff off the bluray during gameplay.
GTAV was a similar size, I think.
How much you pay for cards in stores has nothing to do with how much they cost to manufacture. And BDs are closer to a dollar to make.
It will be a combination of both, the game will run on the system so it runs smoothly but some content will be streamed to make it physically impossible to pirate any games
Oh boy I'm sure this one is real unlike the last ten
"average" really doesn't exist. Some games, like dks3 are 17 gigs.
black ops 3 is 41 gigs.
Actually pennies, They make the games in bulk.
But bringing back carts could mean less moving parts to console, thus a smaller console, less noise. And No BD royalties if anything. It's better on the long run.
The problem right now is price.
>Sup Forums enters the stock market business
"Cartridges" (SD cards) are better than discs though.
>$300
>because it cost 5 $ to make the card instead of 2
retard alert.
DOOM was like 64GB.
The thing I don't get about the detachable controllers rumor is that handhelds in general have been bleeding market share to phone games mostly because potential consumers already have phones and carry them with them everywhere.
So the market has already been whittled down to people who are willing to carry an extra device and pay more for games, but now the package has been made even bulkier and you have these add-ons to keep track of as well.
I'd be surprised if this thing, if it's real or something like it is real, is going to do anything sales-wise that 3DS didn't.
How much of this is uncompressed audio or other stuff?
Some games get bloated as fuck because the audio is not compressed or they slap another languages on the disk.
Why, because you played them in your childhood?
Do not call me retarded you fuck. I will have you know I am extremely well-educated.
It's probably uncompressed. The game had very little voice acting and the music wasn't very diverse. But the campaign was around 20 hours long.
Who keeps making these retarded mock ups? Nintendo would not use a third party game in a promotion of their new hardware.
I would also hope they wouldn't use a DS game to promote their new hardware
>Portrait of Ruin
Where can I pre-order it?
If the screen rotates I think it might be wise, or rather at least a 3DS game--because that will tell the consumer it has this functionality and can play 3DS games
Wow, it's not like they've been doing it this whole time
They also wouldn't use that retarded d-pad over the one they've used on literally everything up until now.
That's one of the worst mockups.
CHARLOTTE
>3DS being supported well into 2017
It's a home console.
>Nintendo's known "cross" design was developed in 1982 by Gunpei Yokoi for their Donkey Kong handheld game. The design proved to be popular for subsequent Game & Watch titles, although the previously introduced non-connected D-pad style was still utilized on various later Game & Watch titles, including the Super Mario Bros. handheld game. This particular design was patented and later earned a Technology & Engineering Emmy Award.[5][6]
>U.S. Patent 4,687,200 (expired in 2005) - Nintendo's multi-directional switch
If anything Nintendo is the one that moves the damn industry.
Retarded buttons aside I like the concept of using a portrait mode to play DS games
