Youtube changed the way they enforce a policy to be a bit more strict (the actual policy didn't change - beyone some formatting differences in the page to put the list in a fancy little bubble)

YouTube clarified part of their policy that says controversial or offensive videos can be demonatized, which was already happening. Retards on Sup Forums are taking this to mean all let's plays on YouTube will no longer be monetized, even though all youtubers have to do is not tag their videos with shit like "rape" or "suicide"
