Setup for a sequel. Remember Sam installed a tether in Doomguy's suit to teleport him too and from hell. Doomguy will probably activate Vega into his suit and have him tether him back to earth or mars.

Doomguy is a good guy and didn't want Vega to die.

No, that seems to be a plot thread for a sequel in case they need a Cortana-clone. Doomguy probably thought "Hey this guy is helping me kill him to stop the demons, might as well copy him just in case"

i think doomguy will fight hayden not because he gets demonically corrupted but because doomguy is PISSED OFF that hayden betrayed him.

It will probably be right as hayden is about to solve the demon problem forever or something, causing a disaster and setting up Doom 6

That sounds likely, Samuel will no doubt be the final battle, set in a giant Argent room or something.

I don't know about designs but I got mechanics:

>Greed steals ammo per second
>Wrath constantly berserks you but you can't glory kill health during the fight
>Gluttony gives you ammo but the more you have, the more you are slowed
>Envy strips upgrades from your weapon and uses them
