While you're quite correct that people shouldn't just lie down and suffer hurt feelz, the easiest way to not suffer hurt feelz is to up your feelz' +DEF, and possibly raise the happiness you get overall.

Plus, being silenced is not fun for whoever you're silencing. If you were really a good person, you wouldn't want another person to suffer for the sake of your own happiness (especially not when you can get happiness on your own without anyone suffering).

The point isn't to cause anger. The point is to cause amusement, by people who can laugh at each-other getting #rekt.
