That game was fun

Fun but I hated how it was basically 1 on 1, with Your teammates and 2 of the opponents at any one time did nothing.

Sports Mix Basketball isn't that much different from Hoops actually

The only difference was court size and the fact that supers are built on a meter since no touchscreen

Otherwise it was almost exactly the same game

My only issue with sports mix is now the RPG mechanics of mario tennis will NEVER return.

A watered down version in every aspect. Consider that you could also buy equipment in GBC to alter stats.

The gamplay, visuals, music, and presentation are great. It is just that with no tournament mode, unlockables that can be got all within a few hours, no options menu to mess with, and literally nothing but vs cpu, local and online multiplayer, the game is so empty. If the new sports mic contains everything ultra smash does, it will already be worth it because it has 4 more games of that quality, plus tournament modes.

SE really jates SMRPG. For Smash, Sakurai tried to get both Cloud and Geno, but the best he could strangle out of SE was cloud and a stage with like no music, and a Geno costume.

i fucking love this game to death. i would play it on the highest cpu settings all the time and have the best matches. i also used to play with the characters on the character select screen when i was younger. the music was awesome too. AHH AH, AHH AH.

That part really annoyed me. How fucking hard would it have been to call up Cloud's English VA and go "Want to have your voice in Smash Bros"? They wouldn't have even had to pay the man and he would have said yes.
