Top. Green dungeon with shitty Barney at the end.

*unzips dick*

>B

Do Japs not understand the alphabet?

Gamefaqs because you are too stupid to figure shit out for yourself.

you are supposed to read the game manual first

lol how you unzip dick not zippo?! xDDD

Fuck, brown, not green.

Traditional Japanese is read right to left.

layout of buttons on controller

Where the fuck do i go first?

back to the store to return it

Why is master sword rust?

it's mud

Because Decline timeline.

Just listen to not-Navi.

>Sup Forums loves open world games
>they play Zelda 1 for the first time
>WTF? WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO GO?

Zelda 1 is the most open world zelda game

Then why was it like that on the controller...

back to rddit bro

believe it or not I've been here for a long time

Post 'em.

Le good ol times amirite? xD

I'm generally easy to please when it comes to Zelda.

That's good. Going autistic about Zelda is bad.

>tfw i forgot TFH is canon

Y Zelda cant crawl???

Zelda games are above average at best

They read right to left. The fact that you're an adult and don't know that is embarrassing.

L E F T

it's a meat sword

L E F T

Try the first dungeon

You can go anywhere you want user it's an adventure as long as its in the realms of the game itself unfortunately

see that mountain over there?

>a link to the past
>overall i kinda like it

Y BRO

Any video game that requires you to read a manual to play it is just bad at conveyance.

>How was I supposed to know I had to work to get money so I could buy this game

Just nitpicky things. The Dark World dungeons are too long, the pacing is kinda shit.

Also, i played OoT first, so it didn't blew me away. Still, is one of the best, just not my cup of tea.

>expecting games that try to kill you to explain how to play

Such was life in the days before waypoints and forced tutorials, user.

>he kind of likes the Oracle games.

Get some taste, bud.

...

Good taste, other than those red boxes in Zelda 2.

>defending Zelda: Pokémon edition

I wasn't a fan of the map or graphics of it, but I do really like Adventure of Link despite that, more so then most of the other games.

There isn't one

>Link, go to the mark depicted on your sheika slate

Zelda 1 was bullshit, without a map you had no idea you needed to use your one-use-a-fucking-screen candle to burn one out of a billion bushes to get access to Level 7

Not to mention half of the other Engrish nonsense

I mean, goddamn

You're a clueless millennial.
Most of the Famicom library used manuals or even guidebooks as means to complement hardware limitations.

Funny you post this.
I just finished it for the first time yesterday, what a blast.
Funnily enough, I had a hard time finding Level 2 and by the time I did I breezed through it like nothing.
It's true that you can do it on any order but I think doing it linearly is the best way.

It came with a map though. Also Nintendo Power. A lot of games did that criptic shit so the game would last you a year.

Im deaf

Level 2 is a bitch to find. I got to 3 instead and got my ass handed.

You dont actually know what the oracle games were, do you

This.

How hard would it have been to either,
A: put the cave entrance in a more prominent location on the screen.

B: Make the cave entrance larger so it draws the eyes.

>Zelda 1 was bullshit
>A game designed for kids
Meanwhile...

Anyway, when you finally figure out Zelda 1, it becomes one of the best open world games ever made

...

Dicks out for Harambe

get the remaster

A: It is basically in the center of the screen
B: There is no other entrance of any kind which would distract you from the cave

Hope you're shitposting.

well, why not

From a logical standpoint, it makes more sense to take the paths that it does to enter the cave. This is because the brain sub-consciously associates dark places like caves with danger.

how can you type?

>oot
>yellow

Video games aren't real life, your point is invalid

Ocarina of Time really wasn't anything special, I'd put Twilight Princess over it anyday.

Majora's Mask was okay though.
