Is Odin Sphere worth finishing for the story alone? I'm not enjoying the combat at all and the huge emphasis on inventory management feels out of place for whatever reason. I'm still on Gwendolyn's arc and I just got married off to the Shadow Knight and tried to go back to the castle before I dropped it. Do I at least get to keep upgrades and shit or does each new character start you from scratch?
