Quite a fucking bit better than 4, but that's not hard.

Some people were disappointed with the central plot because "lol just rescuing a little girl 4 times" but in doing so you also stop a galactic coup, prevent a large war, and earn a new ally for the federation so w/e.

Space parts of the story were really engaging imo. and the Pritave Actions are pretty good. With the exception of the bland as fuck MC, the cast is nice. The actual biggest problem is that it's really short compared to other big name JRPGs. Like 30 hours for everything.

Post game is HIGHLY cheesable due to the broken role system. Putting Dead Man Walking on your healer and playing as them = you're fucking invincible
