Looks good so far in terms of animations of killing the teenagers but there's no gameplay or environment footage besides the glimpse in the background for each clip. I hope its solid game and not a buggy mess as dying light.

Enjoyed the last preview, Dead by Daylight scratches that itch, but this, man.. I want it to be real. I don't care about points and progression, I just want to be the psycho killer dealing with people who don't belong here.

Fuck I love Jason Voorhees. All time favorite slasher. This game has potential, I like that it's kind like evolve, but it has the 80s horror aesthetic, sometimes a re skin is all it takes. Also I like that kane hodder is actually jason and tom savini is on board. The potential for other slashers being added for dlc is pretty good too. Hopefully it does well so the demand for this type of thing goes up.

I prefer Michael Meyers for my faceless killing machine. Though a lot of that is just the Halloween theme music being fucking fantastic, and the fact that Donald Pleasance always did such a good job of explaining just how fucked Meyers was.

They said there'd be some single player but it's gonna mostly revolve around the multiplayer.

I like Mike too,me and my uncle have always bonded over the Halloween movies but this game really looks fun. It has a better concept than Dead by Daylight

I actually prefer the outift he has in the first movie than the hockey mask get-up. They have the outfit in game too,i've seen it in some of the trailers.

Would be cool to get this game but F13th is only a portion of it. Like, there could be a whole Freddy portion with Freddy levels, one for Texas Chainsaw, Halloween, each with it's own aesthetic and mechanics.

But then again, that'd cost a billion dollars to make and be copyrights hell for the developers. Hopefully this game does super well and whoever owns the rights to the other classic slashers try and jump on the bandwagon. I would love to see old slashers in video games become a bigger thing. It already started, sorta. We got Jason, Freddy, and Leatherface in Mortal Kombat, and Michael in CoD. Now Jason's getting his own game? Hopefully this snowballs to be bigger and bigger, especially with horror and survival games becoming increasingly more popular

Sorry, wrong answer. If you really knew what you were talking about, you'd know that Mrs. Vorhees was the killer in the first movie. Jason isnt even in it until the very end, in a dream sequence.

You disappoint me. I thought the devs of this game would be a little better about shilling it. I at least expected them to know something about the movies they're basing their game on.

I've been hearing on and off about this for maybe two years now, it looks cool from what I've seen but I don't know if I'll buy it because my computer won't be able to run it well and I'd have to get it on PS4 which means paying for PS Plus so I'd rather just sit it out than waste money.

I've watched that Death by Daylight game and it looks like shit, this one looks cool because it's focused entirely around one franchise that people already love and have wanted to play for a long time.

I did however love that iteration of Jason. One of the best portrayals of him. And the opening was really cool.

There's another reboot in the works now. I honestly think they should just continue with the original series, cus after Freddy vs Jason, Jason was back in Crystal lake and I doubt he retired there. Would love to see teens getting slaughters in the winter time, just to change it up. Blood splatter would look nice against the snow.

The campers will probably have good perks. Sure, everyone wants to be jason, but that's all the more reason to make the campers OP

Hey man, the 80's are coming back in a big way. If ever there was a time for the revival of the slasher genre, it's now. Netflix could probably put together a good 80's style slasher series or something. Look at how good Stranger Things turned out; if they could do that but with slashers as the inspiration instead of Spielberg, it could be huge.

Many have tried, and many have failed. Jason already has a ridiculous amount of sequels. Any intregrity the franchise had was gone after part V. From there on out it was 100% self aware campiness. At this point they absolutely should make more, so long as theyre willing to take risks and experiment with the series, but they won't. Hollywoods always playing it safe nowadays
