Did you know that Split Head in SH1 makes the same noise as the school boiler?

I did not know this.

I found that to be one of the most masterful little details. So easy to imagine her reading the fairy tale with the giant lizard, and imagining that creepy noise the boiler makes to the the monstrous thing in the basement.

i guess it's about time for me to replay the trilogy.

I played 3/1 throughout middle school and finished them later on, they introduced me to everything well enough.

I will freely admit, his voice and way of speaking is an acquired taste. However, once you get past those lumps of getting used to that and his videos where he really hits his stride, he is lots of fun.

Personally I would reccomend you start off with his review of something like Case 39, Ghost Ship, Silent Hill Homecoming, Smiley, Cry_Wolf, or Stay Alive. His earlier stuff can be pretty garbage to the point where he does a review of his first review.

SH is supposed to take place in "American" cities right? Girls wearing skirts ain't exactly common now that I think about it.

Oh forgot to mention, don't be put off if someone else comes into one of his reviews and it looks like a crossover, they are usually only there for a joke at the start and he always marks the other people being in the review in the title.

Figured you ought to know since his gf's reviews are pretty shitty in my opinion.

Oh, and one of the other reviewers on his site is a furry porn artist, his stuff is pretty meh...the reviews anyhow.

Seriously nothing wrong with the gameplay until you have to escort Eileen around. Then it just gets tedious.

Replaying the game again for the 2nd half wasn't that fun, and the contribed excuses they had to make you go back to the room made it worse

Room was pretty spooky and I liked the apartment FPS, probably because I have claustrophobia and being trapped in a room is scary to me. Combat was ok too. Of course the escort sucked, they always do. But I'll take it any day over Downpour.
