pretty good, a bit easier than the first though, like even though I enjoy games like this I'm shit at them, I was getting mostly bronze medals in 1, some silver and very rarely gold, don't think I got any platinum or anything, but in 2 I got gold most of the time and a few platinums and pure platinums

Genuinely one of the most "sequel" sequels I have ever played. No real changes to the formula, but not a rehash either. Like said, it's just more Bayonetta.

Mostly it's people who are more casual and don't know much about action game design who prefer the second one and like it because it's mostly easier and more lenient on the QTEs.

If you've played the first game, it's mostly more of the same which isn't bad. If you haven't, you're in for a great waifu action game with a meh story.

I recently beat both games on hard, and while the first game has it's strengths, and the second game does mess up in aspects, I still think Bayonetta 2 is the better game, and probably the best game of it's genre. Have fun.
