Are fags in vidya portrayed well or not? Seems like everytime it's some overly flamboyant faggot character instead of a well-rounded character that happens to be gay.

You can play yourself in many Bethesda games and mmos, OP.

To be fair Tony's placeholder VA was a sterotypical Queen. But I think it's mostly nitpicking.

Well it used to be that flamboyancy was how you knew somebody was gay before the homosexuals went all "stealth" on us shopping in our grocery stores teaching our kids

user, there are not fags on Sup Forums just like women dont exists here

Women and fags dont like video games, please understand that

...

b-but I am both user

I like really flamboyant homosexuals like in Shadow Hearts because they stick out and they're funny but they're not just there as a joke. SH1 has a cool guy who can give you special massages that instantly make you more familiar with new weapons and increase their stats but people are turned off because they don't want a happy ending. SH2 I haven't played but I hear you collect gay pornography and trade it for his dresses that perfectly fit on your living doll. SH3 is a duo of gay bikers touring America and since they're the item shop for the game they end up in all sorts of wacky situations.

Normal homosexuals are alright I guess, but they're no different from any other boring side character most of the time. I really hate dumb gimmicks like Bioware's first FULLY GAY party member.

Understand this
YOU DONT EXISTS

This is currently the one and only good gay character in video games.

Well-rounded you say?

Miller in dxmd is what youd expect a well written gay guy to be like. His character is a professional managing an interpol taskforce and he doesnt bring his sex life into work as youd expect. Even though you can hack his stuff to find out more, its less about him being gay and more about family issues.

That is extremely well-rounded

Todd, please leave. I used my money for No Man's Sky

Arcade from fallout NV. Absolutely great. Felt very dynamic.

I also liked how it was Caesar's legion that was for the most part ok with man on man shit, but mostly so that Caesar could get his men to release their stress in one another while being out in a field op for long periods of time and not having to search for women to rape

Woah user. Tone it down, you took this way too far

No, Todd. You took the mountains too far

Who cares. All faggots are trash anyways

You know, not everyone is an obnoxious flamer

Typically no, they're not portrayed well, usually because they're written as having "flaming faggot/carpet-muncher" as literally the only aspect of their personality.

I'd say a good gay character in vidya is Arcade Gannon in FO:NV, but I'm not a faggot, so I can't say he represents them well for certain.

>Seems like everytime it's some overly flamboyant faggot character instead of a well-rounded character that happens to be gay.
Dorian is both. He's from Tevinter, and men in Tevinter are supposed to be overly flamboyant faggots regardless of their sexuality. (See: That magister you kill in DA:O)
Dorian just also happens to be gay.

I like how The Wire portrays gay people. Beibg gay is still part of their personality, but they're character expands beyond just that aspect.

>instead of a well-rounded character that happens to be gay
Because that would be boring.

>Seems like everytime it's some overly flamboyant faggot character instead of a well-rounded character that happens to be gay.
Since when does flamboyance discount them from being well-rounded?
Also, wasn't there one character who was utterly despised for being well-rounded and just incidentally gay? You know, the guy in ME3 who you were "literally forced" to have a gay relationship with? Who was just a normal guy with his gayness "artificially tacked on" to "pander to the gays"?
