And while we're talking about MGSV, I just replayed it recently and I was thinking: why didn't they just cut Chapter 2 completely, and pad out Chapter 1 with the few story missions it has, and have it just be 100% over with Skull Face's death? Then there's no cliffhanger, nobody would have been baited, and it would have been a complete game.

You know this actually makes me wonder. Did Stefanie know all the sleazy things Kojima had in mind for her character model? Like, if you're actually acting you can always object to stuff, but if they just scan you and hand you over to an animator, they can make "you" do all sorts of things without you even being aware of it.

You honestly don't know unless they tell you or the people feel like telling you, usually you put on the green suit and do a bunch of poses how they want you to and that's it. I assume she might of had an idea when she was doing the crawling and showering animations but other than that, not much else is know unless you're reading a script.

im sure she knew 100% what was going on, there is no way they would have her act out certain things for the animations with her having no knowledge of the scenes to act them out properly. if she had no idea what was going on she wouldn't know how to properly move or react it would be nonsensical since she couldn't visualize what was going on.

Demons from another world were using the game to steal souls from our universe but cyber ghost david bowie intervened and turned the player character into the titular nomad. The game itself was a combination adventure/fps/fighter with super janky mechanics. I loved it.
