To be fair. While SRW does that(A lot really) it also does OG's who aren't the typical "Fell into the cockpit" OG.

I just hope it leans more on the 'real robot' side again rather than all the supers.
Want to get back on mechs that are more like the Gespent series or the Huckebein series.

There are various cases. In the past there were more originals selectable. Alpha 2 had a thirty years german samurai, the moe girl with blue hair, sthe sixteen year old boy who tries to save his waifu and the female test pilot.

This offered something for everyones, but now it's a coin toss, virtually.

Hoping that Might Gaine gets Great Dash for a theme along with Let's Might Gaine.

It's also pretty cool that after all these years, Nobuyuki Hiyama still has it.

I respect your opinion, personally though I like a lot of OG designs and 2nd and on have so many good ones that at this point I like OG more than mainline

My favorites are Compati Kaiser, the Dendrobium mechs, the Elemental Lords, Granzon, and Galilnagant

If I recall correctly, Hiyama's been wanting to reprise Might for years. I'm just shocked at how much Okiayu's Guard Diver voice has changed though. To be fair to him though, it has been roughly more than a decade.


And yes, Great Dash is must. So is the "Fuck you, I'm a train!" combination attack.

i'm legit angry that fucking daitarn and zambot are back again but Voltes and Comabttler got snuffed. Plus Usso and Tobie would have been amazing together, what a fucking waste of an opportunity.
