Swords are still hand to hand and be quite useful, but if guns are fast enough, why use a fucking bow and arrow if they are the same speed-wise but guns are more powerful?

Bows and arrows could have those magical stones applied to the tips for elemental damage, they're silent, and are an easy and still effective choice for less advanced groups of people.

Remember that not every civilization in 15 is as advanced as Fuckboi Prince's kingdom. Also bows aren't confirmed for the MCs so your question is moot right now.

Well, a bow is usually presented as a silent weapon that's easier to find ammunition for.

I haven't seen anyone use a straight up bow in FFXV so far. I've seen a crossbow, but those can be very powerful and is there as an artifact from a previous king rather than a modern weapon.
