The console doesn't change its performance based on your TV's resolution. The game will be locked at 30 regardless of your fucking telivision.

At this point, it's obvious devs don't give a shit about performance, they want to push pretty graphics, even when given a console spec boost.
If you want good framerate you're going to have to pony up the good graphics card and hardware yourself, since they can't be bothered to optimize or keep the scale of their games in check.
They just want to throw out shitty open world games with high resolution dick textures on everything that run at a cinematic framerate, and sometimes they won't even give minimum PC specs.
