PS4 already supported 10 bits per pixel via Deep Color though, with a firmware update it sounds like they can make that HDR10 support. Xbox One like the 360 does not appear to support Deep Color. (PS3 had it as well)

No, as far as I understand the ISPs are really shitty on both coasts and in the Midwest. Oh, and of course in NYC as well, but it isn't called "Jew Work Shitty" for no reason! In any case, I feel for you brother. I hope the ISP conundrum is solved, or at least worked on, for all of us.

One thing I consider -- I do not KNOW this to be sure -- is that the distances that data has to travel is simply longer here than in Europa. And of course, there are assuredly more people here than in any given country in Europe. so I figure they, the ISPs, use those facts to charge more justified or not.
