It's from one of the Touhou Soccer things. There's a spell card shot where called Momiji's String Play, where she does this yoyo trick and somehow this causes soccer to happen.

I would be most grateful and honored that she would take the time make me food. I'd imagine she would cook something relatively simple that doesn't need much attention because she does have a very important job after all. Maybe a stew she could let simmer as long as she wants while she's outside attending to her duties.

I'd rather be the one welcoming her home with a home made meal though.
