What game should I buy?

What game should I buy?

what type of games do you like pham?

RPGS, shooters, Third person, puzzle. I am down for anything but those come to mind and the ones I frequently go to

>third person, RPG
im going to assume you tried out the soulsborne games?
>shooters
halo, gears of war, timespiltters
>puzzle
i got nothing

Overwatch is good fun.

Buy a game

What platform(s) do you own?

Haven't tried the souls series.
It looks like fun. Is there more modes and maps?

PC (although I think something is up with it), PS4, and Xbox 360

Not sure what your buget is, but here are some suggestions that are affordable:
Resident Evil 4 (Preferably the Wii Edition)
Wild Arms 3
Legend of Dragoon
Maximo vs Army of Zin

>Haven't tried the souls series.
Do. It's enjoyed by Sup Forums and casuals alike.

>It looks like fun. Is there more modes and maps?
I just got into it to be honest, having fun trying the different classes and playstyles but haven't checked for more maps or gamemodes.

this guy gets it
start with demons on ps3 and begin your marathon but if you cant, then just become unstoppable in dark souls I

Has anyone here tried Redout on steam? Looks really fun but it's $30.

Ever heard of punch club? I grabbed it on a steam sale and was pretty happy.
It's a point and click RPG about being an up and coming boxer in a neo-80s style world. Worth the $10.

>RPGS
Divinity: OS for CRPG, Witcher 3 for ARPG, Bloodborne/DS1 or DS3 for JARPG, Tales of Zestiria for JRPG.

>shooters
FEAR, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, Spec Ops: The Line (gameplay is mediocre though)
You could also check out some bullet hells. Crimzon Clover is awesome, pretty cheap and newbie-friendly.

>puzzle
Portal 1-2, Antichamber, The Talos Principle, The Turing Test.

This game is great. Only $15 and you'll put in about 40+ hours easy

>Is there more modes and maps?
Pretty much just payload and control point. A decent amount of pretty different maps though, and a new one just came out, so they're gonna add more.

Cheap and recent (means v discussion and multiplayer if you're into this) tier:
Titan quest anniversary edition

EPIC 150 hours mega rpg journey tier :
Witcher 3 goty (play on pc with ps4 controller for best experience)

Quick shootan fun tier:
Overwatch (only play if you got at least one rl friend to play with you)

Apparently you haven't played this tier :
Dark souls series. (Play whatever, since you own ps4 I am obligated to mention that bloodborne > dark souls but it's also more difficult for a complete newcomer to this type of game. Start with dark souls _ for best entry point imho)

Is demon souls the first or was that a different title?

It's what eventually became dark souls but IP wise they are not connected. It's also only on ps3 (and streaming for ps4 now if you're on Japanese PSN )

Demon Souls was the first, then Dark Souls 1-3. But you can play them in any order.

This

>Demon Souls=prototype souls series
>Dark Souls 1-3=the official souls series
>Bloodboorne=alternate universe souls spin-off
Personally I recommend dark souls 1 to start, or I would, but I'm not sure multiplayer servers are still running.

This
and if youre feeling fancy, OP get bloodborne

This

Stardew Valley

Or you can pirate it.

You'll lose your mind on the goddamn thing for at least forty hours.

>it wasn't worth my money
>spent over forty hours on it and spent fifteen dollars

What the fuck man? I literally sunk over 120 hours into it. I still haven't completed the artisan bundle because I don't want the JoJo company to take over the town.

I married Penny on that playthough. One bundle left and 2.0 could happen. I swear to fuck.

fuck it, just do a marathon with the whole soulsborne series about 10 other anons mentioned it, cmon OP step it up

I was just looking at some gameplay and I am really digging the gameplay of bloodborne.

I am gonna do that.

we did it boys

Oh you're gonna have a lot of fun OP

Really an amazing game but I hate ranching.

>built a massive farm where I harvest blueberries and cranberries
>fish and mine like hell
>can't complete the farming bundle because I have to be a jackass

>artisan bundle still includes stupid shit
>wife gives you large milk
>large milk isn't milk

APE?

I also give them either a giant cucumber or fire eel for the luau every year. How am I a good resident if I don't? In my home town my family always does something similar. The town is some kind of shit.

>2016
>not buying NMS

buy 3 extra NMS for your friends, you know, multiplayer makes games more fun

you can buy Zombie Night Terror and tell me if it's worth it

Simple games for people that didn't realize it can be that simple. Great games are made for people, by people with no motivation other than for it to be a great game.

Don't let a camera get in your face, ever.

Most people didn't even know who made the best indie games, until they did.

>Don't let a camera get in your face, ever.

This right here is great advice.
