you can get vac ban if enough peoples report your account for "cheating" specially in CS

No you can't.
What extensive reports trigger is a forced overwatch by whoever evaluates those things at Valve. It doesn't automatically ban you, it just puts you at the front of the evaluation queue for overwatch staff.
They still decide if you get banned or not.

You can literally inject subtle hacks at lan over USB's/phones/workshop maps/a mouse with programmable memory.
