I don't see the problem, damage done during an ult doesn't build ult, that would be retarded.

In an update, healing was made to charge ultimate faster. S76's isn't as ridiculous ad roadhogs. If you start shooting him you better fucking kill him because his e will charge his ultimate 19% with 1 e press that's on 8 second cooldown.

Mostly to counteract that the fucker charges enemy ultimate as well
