dungeons are kinda dated, can get grindy near the end but overall still a good game for it's time.

Adachi is the killer.

Gas Station Attendant is the real final boss.

Fusing and grinding in a giant tower.
Here's some tips for you
Don't worry about doing all the S.Links, just do the ones you like.
Don't ignore tartarus but don't visit it too often, moderation is key.
The arcade is very good to give you stats, use it when you have free nights.
S.Linking with a girl makes her your GF, don't go after multiple girls or you will reverse and break their S.Links
Don't fuse orpheus until you get the compendium

I just end up doing a dungeon run one night and getting it over with. Then bum rushing the plot as fast as possible until the next dungeon opens.

How is P3P? I've enjoyed P4G, but haven't played any other Persona games, but I want to try 3 on the Vita if it's any good there. Don't want to bother with emulation.

P3P sucks as your first P3 experience, bugs, typos and lots of fucking holes in the story thanks to the shitty VN format, either get FES or don't bother.
Emulation is easier than you think

Bad. The switch to a VN style and static 2D backgrounds really kills the atmosphere. FES is a masterpiece though. Just don't waste your time playing The Answer, ever.

VNs are fine for games made as VNs. P3 wasn't, and the switch makes it a lesser game. It's also easy as fuck thanks to the changes to the battle system.

You should expect it to be worse than the first two persona games.

It really isnt that bad but since the Female route has entirely different social links and the version itself has a mostly changed OST its preferable you play FES first

p3p is straight out inferior for first playthrough

i wouldnt reccomend golden either for first playthrough because they casualized it and made the game so easy but its better than the shitty persona 3 portable

only play p3p for the girl playthrough thats it nothing else
