I found there wasn't enough to do. None of the side quests were really interesting. There wasn't enough gear/armor/weapons to collect and use either. Story was good and gameplay alright though. Definitely has value.

I don't like how Fable 2 completely changes it's dynamics though. It's an okay game and sucks that it's only available on 360 tho.

Dark Messiah: Of Might and Magic was surprisingly good, if short.
Dragon's Dogma is alright if you can slug past the first 3 missions.

I honestly completely agree with you. It was a fun game, and it was everything I wanted in a ROLE PLAYING game. It had choice, lore, cool levels, atmosphere, music, and great controls.

it literally improves on every aspects of gothic 1, just be sure to install the l'hiver mod

also it has a different control scheme

shame you didn't like gothic though, you missed some of the best comebacks said to a villain i've ever heard in a videogame later in the game

I almost regretted it until I was given the Sword from the Tomb and pulled fucking Excalibur behind the church.

it was definitely fun, but it was too easy and too short for me. also no replay value imo.

Just got the game 2 days ago and went full melee. Was actually pretty easy with the only difficult part being the two trolls stunning me forever.

its really crazy how shitty the game series has gotten, fable 1 was amazing and tlc made it even better, fable 2 was kind of alright, fable 3 was really monotonous and i havent played any of the others like that stupid ass shooter

I've heard it's pretty much the same, but easier.
You have infinite mana, or something like that, from the beginning.

the controls are simple once you get used to them

Once when replaying it I decided to see how strong I can get my character before the bee queen quest

Thousands of Hobbes, skillful use of fish boost, at least a few hundred guards and probably over a hundred trolls later I had maxed stats in everything, had some ages of might and will potions so my health and mana were even better than just maxing out stats, I had 5 million gold, owned every property in oakvale and bowerstone south, had cutlass butane, wellow's pick hammer, skrom's bow, maxed out reputation and was full good alignment (killing so many hobbes it was unavoidable).

Still have a save file of maxed out everything before completing the bee queen quest so if I ever want to replay I don't have to worry about experience or anything

My char ended up an old fuck because of that sneak shit part.
