I think a minor increase to the stun length would be good. It's pretty annoying to stun a mei and before you finish fanning the hammer, she can iceblock.

It still works as intended you fucking shitter. Previously he could fan the hammer at mid range and get kills. He could fan the hammer through a bunch of people trapped in a Zarya ult and kill all of them alone. It was the most retarded shit ever.
