So here's my problem: Was Exodia considered rare or not? Because the entire thing about Yugi's deck when he was battling Kaiba was that it wasn't supposed to have any really rare or special cards, just a combo that worked out at random. Plus nobody before that cared about Exodia despite knowing of legendary powerful cards like BEW Dragon. And then you have the rare hunter with three copies of each in his deck.
So was Exodia rare? Why didn't Yugi just get more copies? Why did Weevil think he needed to do that?

I think the rare hunter's Exodia sets were said to be fake in the Japanese version. But even so it makes sense that he would go out of his way to get them since he is a rare hunter.
