What I'm saying is if you wanted to get a console for a particular game, why would you not wait till that game was close to being released, or just on the day or its release.

Thats like me saying I'm going to buy a ps4 right now for Bloodborne 2, its probably gonna happen, but we got no idea when and the ps4 will probably be cheaper by the time it does.

well it wasn't JUST for zelda - nsmb, 3d world, and mario kart were great - but the anticipation of a new zelda helped pull the trigger on buying one, and i'm sure i'm not the only one in that boat

I jumped and got a Wii U in anticipation for Smash Bros, the new Zelda, and that Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem project that was teased.

I also got a PS3 too soon in anticipation for Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Kingdom Hearts III
