Actually, I think it probably WILL be called NX.
The logo has already appeared on 3rd party game trailers.
And honestly, with 5 months before launch, I simply don't think there's enough time to drop an entirely new name into public consciousness, trying to drum up hype and not expect to confuse the fuck out of everyone again like they did with Wii U.
The NX name has stuck for a while and I think it's too late now to try and rename it.
