The S7 costs more than the iPhone 7 does, and has better everything. Though its definitely not the best Android phone because of the price. You can get much better for cheaper.

Now that PPSSPP is fixed, iPhones are also good for emulation if you can jailbreak it (you don't have to but sideloading on iPhone is a pain). iPhones tend to have better performance than any equivalent Android phone but for emulation it shouldn't really matter, not when the gamecube and PS2 emulators aren't finished yet.

For phones yes, but be absolutely sure you get the american version that has the snapdragon. The international version has the dumbass exynos which sucks at games, it has better multicore speeds but more cores doesn't mean faster, I made that mistake.

I have an s7 edge but I think I'll trade it for a normal S7 because there's no bumper that can protect the phone due to the curves. Other than that, it's fantastic. I THINK I might get the note 7 instead though. It's $100 more expensive than Iphone7, but that's a shitty phone anyway.

Also jailbreaking an iphone is a pain, you are stuck in older versions of the OS for the longest time and can't try many the new features, i remember spending my days checking twitter for updates just to be heartbroken when apple releases a new mini update

Well the phone was marketed as a "business phone" for "business people" and "professionals". All the windows programs, like Word, Outlook, excel, etc were all built into the phone.

It's been a good phone for me, although it does show its age. I'll keep using it though until I can no longer use it, given how expensive smart phones are.
