The whole point of the speed boost was that it made you quick and elusive for barely like what, 3 seconds? I only ever used it when coming back from Spawn or when I pop my Ult.
No reason for it to be as slow as it is right now. It is garbage, and I honestly dont even use it just so I can have the Healing Boost ready faster.
Either speed it up a little more, or give it less Cooldown

He should be able to push back projectiles with his RMB. Like Mei ult or Junkrat mine or even individual pharah rockets. I think its dumb it can push back a full mech, or a guy in huge armor but not things the size of your palm.

Don't stop there though. Lucio's primary fire should be full auto to account for its mediocre DPS. Give his alt fire some damage too. Junkrat's concussion mine does damage!
