Well around 2 weeks after release it had dropped out of the top 60 played games and out of top 90 most selling on xbox one (both count the last 7 days). Don't know how bad it is now since MS changed the store so you can't see most played games anymore.
The console numbers were never good, also pretty apparent on the fact that it's been on sale so many times.

Barely, if you want to compare it to anything you have to compare it to something like Smite, League, or Dota. And then theres everything else, just about everything in this game sucks. The graphics are slightly above the PS2 level, all the style they put in their characters looks weird and janky as hell. Characters have zero personality, theres "strong-man", theres "edgy-teen", theres "tea&biscuits-man" its just so fucking bland you wouldn't believe. I mean, Tracer is tea&biscuits lady but even she has some things that make her stand out.
Then theres the elephant in the room, it's a shooter, so the least you can do is make shooting things cool, unique, or an otherwise fun activity since it is what you are going to be doing for about 90% of the game. I just can't believe how boring and tedious it is in this game to just shoot things. I really have no words for it. In fact I was so amazed at how bad it was that I missed the 2 hour window to get my refund. Yes I am buttmad.
