On a separate note, what is your drink of choice while gaming?

I don't know I fucking hate it, leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. But pretty much all my friends that play vidya love it, while my friends that don't play never drink it.

I buy 1 box of black tea every month and that's all I drink

but sometimes I run out before the month is over, so then I make a concoction of cinnamon and sugar and drink that instead

Meme drink mainly. It predates the whole dorito + dew by a long fucking time. It just wasn't "official" until semi-recently.

For the most part, I just figure people who drink it regularly have dead as shit taste buds, like people who eat chicago style hot dogs. Anyone who can actually taste things wouldn't consume either one except on a dare, or if it helps constipation, I'm fairly certain.

Chocolate milk is still the best in my opinion. I've tried all those drinks and they're overrated.

The guys at my dorm were ravenous over the shit, but that's because we were all usually broke and could get the rancid "juices" they served at the dining commons.

It's a meme - I don't think that it's particularly commonly consumed by 'gamers' except for those very susceptible to marketing campaigns, but if something is being repeated enough times then your mind might start subconsciously associating one thing with another. This was proven some years ago when a girl would constantly eat bananas before sexing up her boyfriend - After a while the mere sight and smell of bananas would make him aroused, ironically.

Personally, I think Monster Energy Drink is the true 'gamer drink' as that's what I see most people drink at eSports events and internet cafés. But myself, I drink "Blåbärssoppa" like a real man. (Somewhat thick blueberry juice, surprisingly healthy, tastes great and gives you long-lasting energy very rapidly!)
