Should I save up for a while then upgrade my extremely basic pc with these parts for $1900 to play games at 1440p 60fps and sell my monitor to buy a higher res monitor,
or should I sell my current PS4 and buy a PS4 Pro for $630 and play games at 1080p 60fps?
Serious answers please.

Bump with tits as I really want advice
Should've posted on Sup Forums as Sup Forums only cares about shitposts.

PC.
PS4 pro is shit, specially that you will need to pay for online multiplayer.
PC its cheaper in the long run, because of exchangeable parts and free online.
Why the fuck are those parts so expensive? Are you in Kangarooland?
Honestly idk what to say, I would normally say PC but if you have to sell shit to make ends meet then maybe the console would be better.
not expecting the ps4pro to do constant 1080/60 on any game, so pc it is
how should we know what do you want?
i wouldn't get a ps4 that's for sure, but lets not start flamewars
you can get a quad core hyper-threading xeon instead,if you want extra threads for dx 12 no need for liquid cooling then, and you will have around the same total.
provided that dx12 will be relevant in our lifetime
get a cheaper ram
but yeah, if you have money, then why the fuck would you get a console first?
>$630 for a $400 ps4pro after selling your current ps4
Are you fucking retarded?
You have ordered a 6600k, if you aren't overclocking go for a 6600, also most games wont even come close to maxing that, if are only gaming you could safely downgrade to an i3.
Liquid cooler is unnecessary unless you are planning on overclocking hard, get a quieter air cooler if you aren't overclocking.
You are buying an overpriced mini-ITX motherboard when you have an ATX case.
Wont work, get a cheaper ATX motherboard, expensive motherboards are memes.
That graphics card is beast.
DELETE THIS
>expensive motherboards are memes
Literal fucking retard
Why do you have hardware? (in this context)
To play vidya.
So look at the vidya first and foremost.
Do you want PS4 / PS3 / Vita games and/or like japanese vidya? Get a PS4.
Do you want high-end PC games that justify the extra price tag and don't run on your current build? Upgrade your PC.
It's that simple, why are you asking Sup Forums? No one knows your fucking tastes
I have a good PC for productivity reasons, but for gaming alone I wouldn't need it since I don't tend to play EarlyAccess unoptimized shit or kickstarter scams like StarCitizen.
XCOM2, Dragon'sDogma port, Gothic Armada and other releases I got this year or want to buy in the future (like BattleTech) don't require a high-end PC at all.
Any reason you're buying that expensive as fuck CPU cooler?
I live in NZ
6600 is only $10 cheaper
I mostly play Fromsoftware games. In the future will they be multiplat or sony exclusive?
NZ prices, and don't want to risk overheating
i bought ps4 as it is dirt cheap compared to pc and has bloodborne
>I mostly play Fromsoftware games. In the future will they be multiplat or sony exclusive?
Oh boy.
Fromsoft will make 2 more PS4 exclusives this gen, on top of Bloodborne. It also has NioH which is a fiiiiine Souls-like
I think the choice is more than obvious. No further questions need to be asked. Enjoy your PS4 breh.
The benefits of a new rig will always far outweigh the benefits of a new console. Don't know if I'd even call the PS4 Pro a "new console". In this case, it is more like upgrading one part of your PC, but instead of replacing the part... you have to replace the whole thing.
Another factor: PS4 Pro will not have Pro exclusives. You already have a PS4 so you don't really need the Pro. Getting a new PC may unlock the potential to play high-end games you couldn't play previously.
>liquid cooler
Currently overpriced for the minimal benefit. If you aren't planning to overclock your CPU even the stock cooler that comes with it is fine, otherwise just get a regular air cooler.
>1070
Not really worth it for the price, a 1060 will still max all current games fine and will probably do so for another 3 or so years even.
>In this case, it is more like upgrading one part of your PC, but instead of replacing the part... you have to replace the whole thing.
However, total cost is cheaper than most gpus. It also has some trade in value, so you can knock over 25% off that price. Personally, I'll be upgrading to a pro as my controller is wearing out and I'm leery about the lifespan of the console after owning 3 Xbox 360s.
Kek, Sup Forums will shitpost more than us my friend. They'll just try to slam you as a "kiddie just wanting to play LoL" or something, they hate people who build PCs for gaming.
>three consoles failed me
>so I'll just buy more consoles!
Jesus christ consolefags are legitimately retarded.
>should I sell my current PS4 and buy a PS4 Pro for $630 and play games at 1080p 60fps?
