Pretty fast compared to Darkrai > Scizor. Guess Bamco wants these out the way before the Switch is revealed so they can formally announce the port. Actually, is Scizor even out in arcades? Really want to see some footage of him.
I don't believe Scizor is out yet. But, I am curious to see what Empoleon looks like in Pokken's more realistic art style.

He's likely going to look fine. I am curious to see his gameplay. Before Scizor I saw Empoleon using Sword Dance to summon actual swords, plus other "weapon" attacks to focus on the "Emperor" aspect.

I was just thinking today about how Hitmonchan could have an interesting 'feint' fighting style, where you might utilize cancels and backdashes sort of like Sceptile for mind games. Think Steve from Tekken.

I just started playing recently and online is pretty damn busy, honestly. People just don't really talk about it for some reason. Criminally overlooked game.
Hopefully more people start to play once it gets the inevitable re-release on the Switch, assuming more people buy that.

Besides "generic fighting game character" is very much a buzzword. Look at Ryu in smash, he's the cookie cutter generic fighting game character, and yet he's by far the most unique character in smash.
