Well, in the latest update for Hex Heroes they're talking about how they're not sure if they can do an NX version since their game is so gamepad-focused. So there's a good chance that'll still come.
Hive Jump is also more or less guaranteed. They were in several nindie reels.
Hover: Revolt of Gamers seems to have conveniently forgotten they ever promised a WiiU version.
