the lack of tracks from the motorcycle should tell you
Just stop being stupid
Videogame. I can tell from the pixels and seeing quite a few videogames in my time
it takes 2 seconds to look at the dirt to tell its not real
If the ground is hard enough it wouldn't leave tracks
You forgot the "my dad works at Nintendo" bit.
Real life photo of a really detailed plastic diorama.
I can tell from some of the pixels and from using shitload of plastic in my time.
nice meme, friend
newfag
The real question now is
Is THIS a real life photo or a screenshot from a videogame?
Are there ANY actual screenshots that come close to looking like real life?
The closest I've seen tend to be racing games, but there's always obvious things that point to it being digital.
>Are there ANY actual screenshots that come close to looking like real life?
Take some random shots of the sky and you're there. Not that exciting but closest you're going to get to somewhat photorealistic and not totally obvious.
The setting looks like its trying to emulate the area in Northern California (Mount Shasta). And because I live near there, I can tell it looks nothing like real life.
I wish developers would stop trying to imitate real life. They're never going to achieve it. And even if they did someday achieve 1:1 reality, people wouldn't care. It would actually make people less interested in playing games.
>playing Skyrim
>everything in the world looks horrible except the sky
>Those trees
>That lighting
It's so bad.
Describe how the lighting is bad
Why are you asking here?
Board's full of hickies that didn't see OUTSIDE for half of their lives and only judge by how close it looks to Skyrim with mods or Witcher 3.
...
>It would actually make people less interested in playing games.
You're retarded, many people want photorealistic and like games that go for realistic visuals. No back to your cartoony weeb shit
true that, friend. post something that looks good, i would but i forgot my screenshots at home.
it doesn't reflect real life
real life isn't as bright
whoah.......
>real life isn't as bright
This shit is funny on so many levels.
>Hasn't played Crysis.
Console peasants can't into graphics.
>floor is shiny
>flat textures everywhere
>jaggies galore
>1 pixel thin vegetation
>20meters down the road theres no vegetation
>20m down the road shitty blurry textures,
nah man looks sick
Is this a real life photo or a video game?
I know you are ironic shitposting but this actually looks good. Better than Witcher 3's shitty last gen vegetation and scenery.
What if you put your ps4 in your ass? Do you get more hug from sony?
People keep obsessing over 'realistic' games because they are improving. A game coming out today will be forgotten 2 years from now because some other game looks slightly more 'real'. If we ever reached the point where video games finally looked 100% realistic, then this obsession for realism would die off. Because there wouldn't be any more room to improve. Game developers would have to focus on gameplay and content instead of just wowing the masses with slightly better graphics.
>No back to your cartoony weeb shit
Gladly. Since those games tend to focus more on gameplay and design.
If I don't open the image to its full resolution the only thing that would tip me off is the fact that someone is asking if its real or not on a Taiwanese finger painting forum. This shit looks spot on of what Bend, Or looks like.
INFINITE
DETAIL
its true
games rarely get lighting correctly, real life is almost always darker than what the game shows
even in clear skies, shadows would be more prevalent and they would be darker , the sun would have more effect on the surrounding areas, rather than there just being a filter over everything
I remember when real life cut and paste the exact same 2 or 3 models for trees everywhere, as well as all the perfect geometric angles everywhere
At the time no one could tell.
Your eyes fucking adjust to brightness IRL retard; a game will never not be bright unless you turn down the brightness, which isn't the same thing as your own pupils adjusting to light.
Is this the only thing sonyfags have to look forward to? Man, that sucks.
Don't sperg out so much idiot.
I was imagining a edgy goth mc'slitwrist posting that and it was way more funny than your kinder garden introduction to IRL optics.
I'm literally standing outside right now, and that screenshot is dark as fuck.
>preemptive sour grapes
now that's some funposting
you can tell it's a video game because everything is "in focus"
Is this a real life photo or a video game?
Oh shit that guy on the motorcycle better watch out
looks pretty, a shame your ps4 literally burns when running it

Is this real life or a video game? Warning: impossible to tell
Criminy! Warn me before that spook!
That's the thing, No developer has gotten it spot on yet, either the colors are wrong, or something else is just terrible.
