I've been diagnosed with Leukemia, and I have five months left top, It's funny that other than feeling a bit more sluggish than usual, I don't feel that different, but I've been told in 2 or three months I won't be able to even get out of the bed, and then, I won't be able to play much at all. I don't have many relatives, so, dealing with it wasn't that tough.
I just hope I last long enough to play Nioh. I'd settle for watching a let's play, in my condition.

Got fucked on my heart, I've just had my third heart surgery in six years this May and now I'm blood thinners the rest of my life due to the mechanical valve. Bicuspid aortic valve, it wasn't caught until I was 16 and the cardiologist said I was most likely two or three months from rupturing my heart due to the leakage when it was caught. But I've had extremely bad trouble since then, the aortic root lost elasticity in 2014, then the valve began leaking again this spring. I've had to withdraw from university twice now and lost all my scholarships because of it so now I'm in crippling debt and still a bit too weak to work.

Also suicidal depression, schizophrenia, cluster headaches, degenerative bone disease, and a decade of childhood molestation have fucked me up to the point of impotency. Can't even get it up at all, and I've even managed to get three girls in bed throughout my life. No luck past that point.

Classic Fallout(s), Silent Storm, X-COM, UFO, Civilization series & Alpha Centauri, pretty much any 4X game like Master of Orion or Galactic Civilizations.

JRPGs (seriously raid the PS1 library)
RPGs in general if you get a mouse with a lot of buttons you can keybind the hell out of it.
RTS in the same way. (maybe turn down the speed a bit on some)
Monster Rancher (can probably bind anything you need to a small range)
Sim Games (City Skylines was pretty good)
Flight Games (logitech makes a single hand joystick, maybe grab foot petals if you still have you have good use of a foot)

Also a lot of games you can work pretty well with just a button heavy mouse and foot petals work in way more than just flight games.

Eternal noise and headaches, sleep is impossible even years later. Everything else is just constant chronic pain in various (most) body parts. I can't even tell between me and others who has it worse sometimes, all my things are easily manageable but not all together, instead of having a good or short life mine just seems spoiled by all the noise (audible and nerve sensory).
