Wish I could, I wanna try the new casual/comp system, but for some reason ONLY on Valve servers I get ridiculous ping spikes whenever entities start appearing. On community servers I average 15-30 ping, but on valve it just bounces from 15 to 200 ping every few seconds.

Thats how playing with my friends is like. I keep telling them time and again that its a fucking TEAM game. We play as a team for about the first 2 minutes and do good. but then because we're doing good everyone gets full of themselves and starts trying to "one man army" and we then lose for the rest of the night and everyone gets toxic and pissed.

Yes. If a group of people deem you not worthy, you'll get autobanned. So if I was solo Q and the rest were a group of 5 and they didn't like me, I'd get silenced.
There's nothing you can do either, 5 unique reports in 1 day and that's that. Even if the appeal goes through, the autoban stacks. So if this happens again it's 2 days, then 4 days, then 8, then 16, etc with no max limit.
His stun absolutely can be parried by genji though.

I'd personally prefer a 3rd person game that doesn't require aiming.
I've had plenty of good and bad matches in overwatch.
In the good matches I have teammates who are willing to put in the effort and will still have a good attitude even if our team does poorly or we lose.
In the bad matches I have teammates that may still put in the effort, but if things start going poorly they start getting mad.
Also sometimes you have people who decide to throw the game immediately, and then the entire match consists of the team arguing with each other. But thats more of a problem with the game itself. There shouldn't be any heroes that are considered throw picks, let alone 10 of them.
people who thinks they can be held back by bad players is an even worse player who cant carry. i play with 2.2k friend who can literally only play mei some what reasonably and i carried him to plat no problem
