GPU is your biggest weak spot by a large margin. A new GPU, like an RX 470 would let you run pretty much any game. If you really feel like going crazy consider a Phenom II x6 too.

I've played all those games on a laptop with a i3 2310m and a GT 540M. They never went below 30fps and some like Dead Space 1 and 2, Torchlight 2 and Dark Souls 2 were running at 45-50fps.
1366x768 is very nice resolution for weak GPUs.

there is no such thing as psu requirements set in stone
The total psu wattage is derived from the amps delivered on ALL the various voltages and your gpu takes 99% of its power from the 12v rail. If you use your tiny undevelopped brain and actually check the powerdraw from your gpu you can easily see if your psu is powerful enough.
But because of illiterate retards like there are guidelines in total wattage to guarrantee that it will work.
