Most of the RE characters, probably. I could only see them keeping Jill, reverting her back to something resembling her MvC2 version, and maybe Wesker. Which is kind of a shame, because Nemesis was so cool. So was Chris, but I don't foresee him staying again.

They'll probably cut Joe and if they ever make another TvC or even just Nintendo vs. Capcom, they'll put him in that.

Zero can go either way, but I could easily see them replacing him with Mega Man X or even bringing back classic MM.

On the Marvel side, I think Rocket Raccoon is gone, even considering the GotG tie-in, but they'll replace him with Star-Lord anyway. X-23 is gone. Iron Fist, I feel like is another 'either way' choice. He does have his show coming up. Shuma-Gorath is probably gone. Super-Skrull is probably gone if they can use the FF characters. MODOK is gone. She-Hulk unfortunately is probably gone. Kinda sucks, but Jean Grey is probably gone too.
