Clear Sky collectors edition for something like 60 or 70 euros, if I remember correctly.
Never spent more on a game than the normal 60 dollars, give or take a change due to regional pricing. Never spent a cent on microtransactions either.
I did throw a hundred dollars on Pathologic kickstarter though, but I never thought of that as "buying a game".
Most that I ever spend because of a game would be probably HL2, which I bought an entirely new computer pretty much just to play it. But then again the computer served me well for the next four or five years, and I would probably upgrade eventually, so it's not entirely right to chalk it up to one single game.
Dark souls 3, 80 moneys.
I spent $100 on Burning Rangers
it was okay but I sold it for $175 a year or two later so I don't think I made a mistake
Hey Douglas
Preordered no man's sky.

Animal Crossing City Folk with microphone addon. I only played for two hours.

$500 for Bloodborne.

My guess is the game+PS4. Implying he bought the console solely for that game.
DOOM (2016) $90 CAD after tax. Soon we will have to give our first born to buy a new game here in the socialist republic of Canada.
>not waiting a week after the game comes out and getting it for $20 on kijiji
Used PS3 Nier. 500 tacos.
