Any game with player interaction. You just have to get creative. Personally I recommend Dark Souls since there's a lot of potential.

>get a gank squad going and use the dried finger to force invaders to fight you all the time
>invasion in general, fuck with host's environment if possible (i.e. Duke's Archives Jail music, run to the butterflies in Crystal Cave to wake them up, closing doors on host, etc.)

Also generally MMOs with any form of open world pvp are great. Back in the day, I used to camp the crossroads and kill all the NPCs until someone came to stop me. Also aided warlocks looking to summon and release doomguards on newbie towns and summoned them into the deep ocean.
Overall was pretty great being scum of the earth.
