Downloaded Yellow yesterday. Will be playing Silver right after I finish it.

And of course, will be picking Cyndaquil as my starter. My Silver Typhlosion was my best bro, and my first pokemon ever to get to 100. RIP

How does this make me feel? It makes me feel like I want a Kanto re-remake so I can see Kanto and all of it's waifus in full updated glory.

Pretty much way OP for how easy the game is. That team is just stomp city.

I like to do runs with shitmons or single types just to get a challenge.

I like to have only one pokemon in my team + hm slaves and switch out the main guy after each gym battle

Nobody else on my team can learn Cut though.

They're not even trying to be subtle about pandering to Genwunners, although with Sun/Moon being the climax of the Pokemon 20th Anniversary, I suppose I can let this go this one time. I'm certainly hyped to see all my favorite old characters. Fighting Red and Cynthia is going to be a hell of a treat for me

Honestly, this is how it feels for most people who aren't crazy nostalgic. Gen 1 really didn't age well without nostalgia goggles. Out of all my friends who downloaded the Gen 1 VC games, I'm the only one who managed to beat the Elite Four
