You should try going online.
Or making fun cars. You know, like Doc Hudson.
You should get Assetto Corsa for racing and Dirt Rally for off road

And trying to trigger people.
Isn't that what the regular Forza games are for?
You guys are excited for expansion #1 right?
>playing a racing game in 3rd person
cmon man
with all the focus on off road its hard not to. only racing game i play in 3rd person. feels bad man
Forza Horizon isn't any fun in first person. Especially online, you put yourself at too damn big of a disadvantage.

But I do play hood mode, I don't like cockpit mode in games usually as it restricts the view too much, Even in a lot Sims it's just not realistic how little you can see.
for sims its bumper mode for me all day
i have a question about this game and whether or not i might like it. my favorite racer of all time is burnout 3 and i like collect-a-thon platformers (banjo, just cause 2 , ETC) and i keep hearing this would tickle my fancy. is that true?
This. If I play in cockpit mode in Horizon 3 70% of the screen space is covered up. What the fuck? Your field of view is narrow already since you're sitting infront of a screen and then the cockpit view narrows it down even further.
>and i like collect-a-thon platformers
you'll love this game
HE DID WHAT IN HIS CUP?
How so?
You can CREATE any kind of event you want, if not the 80hours+ to complete the game isn't enough.
This is probably the best feature of this game. You can compete nearly every event in your car of choice.
I miss the grind from Gran Turismo 2 hands down the best sim ever made. Eskuda Pike's Peak Version....
>ultimate edition doesn't include expansion packs
>expansion pass is another 35 bucks
o-okay I'll pay you more money then
Admittedly, one of the issues I have not just with the Horizon series but the entire Forza franchise in this day and age is the lack of said grind. These days the games literally throw hundreds of thousands of dollars and a bunch of supercars at you right out of the gate. While it's nice being able to afford whatever I want to drive, it takes away the accomplishment and sense of having earned it.
One of the few things Gran Turismo does better imo.
I am by no means shilling because I think it's fucking criminal, but Ultimate Edition owners apparently get $10 off the expansion pass.
>tfw I paid less for the ultimate edition thanks to the chinese store
>buy this
>rape fucking everything
I think this thing gave me my first whyboner. I'd legit rub my balls on that wing.
In terms of being a Gran Turismo copy cat, the peak of Forza was definitely 2 where car damage wasn't casualized and there was still GT style prize car winnings so you could pretty much finish the game without ever buying anything. It's comfy. The only problem I have with Forza 2 is its absolute horrible graphics where a PS2 game like GT4 or Tourist Trophy looks way better.
Hey it was their first 360 game, and it shows in many different ways.
I wouldn't know, I don't use botnet OSes.
2 was alright, I guess, but I'd rather just play a decent sim game most of the time.
I played Forza 2 first before playing Forza 1, and the original blew my mind just how good it looked. It definitely shows that Forza 2 is actually just Forza 1 assets (or close) running in 1280x720 and a fuck ton of bloom.
