You can't emulate Spirit camera without the AR card user.

It's AR based. You need the card that comes with the game, and the game isn't produced anymore.

It was removed from everything period. PC included

A good percentage of that probably also don't care. They probably figured that calling it something generic would seem more welcoming than calling it something like Fatal Frame: Ghosts 'n Shit. Bring in a new paying audience without intimidating anyone with jumping into an established series, while also just being vague enough for moderately Christian parents to buy it for their kid, since goddamnit it has spirits that aren't holy, but at least they aren't fatal. Or framed.
