If you're getting stressed out over ranked matches in a video game you're probably just not the type of person who should be trying to play a game competitively. If you lose more than you win it's probably your fault, not your team's.

It wont, people fear 1on1 competition and dont want to blame themselves for mistakes.
A group of 3 friends of mine regularly play OW and they loose quite often, but instead of blamming their own group cohesion, they always kick and scream at the random people.
But i guess the social factor is another thing, if you dont want to ruin your social standings with that group you can just call them out on some things, because even if they are true, some people definitely will be offended and that will negatively reflect on your standing in the group.
