Absolution
BM or Contracts.
Absolution looks like he dries his face with sandpaper, and 2016 looks too baby faced, still bothers me.
Not even sure why they made him look the way he did in 2016. I'll forever be bothered by such a decision towards inconsistency.
2016
BM is intimidating as fuck
TM doesn't actually look anything like that.
>CN47
He looks autistic
>SA
Them dick-sucking lips
>Contacts
He looks Asian there
>BM
He seems like he's wondering whether he forgot to turn the stove off
>Absolution
He actually looks pretty good but those thick eyebrows often make me laugh
>TM
That face is from the alpha when he looked like Pitbull. Actual TM face looks like a robotic killing machine which I think is the most fitting.
Originals are too old to stand a chance. Contracts is the best by far.
BM looks like professional and intimidating
Absolution seems too aggressive and I wasn't a fan of them cranking up the textures and making him look incredibly rough
2016 is a bit young but feels like he has a bit of 007 vibe to him which I'm really loving about the 2016 Hitman.
BM wins it with 2016 just behind it.
the absolution one
/fit/ & /fa/ af
Absolution is the most faithful to the original renders, but I think BM looks best, even compared to TM. TM is focused, while BM is like not giving a fuck.
Still 47 didn't speak. He managed a controlled stagger to the left, his arm still extended.
"Channels seven through nineteen," Desjardins told him. "Look for yourself. See the kill switches? See where they lead? I've had five years to set this up, 47. You kill me, you kill billions."
"You're proceeding from a false premise," 47 pointed out.
"Yeah? What premise is that?"
"That I give a shit."
That's BM hitman is like.
BM looks like the emotionless killer he really is. 2016 has a baby face and his arms are way too long.
BM is kind of ruined by the guy having a perpetually bored look on his face
>Absolution is the most faithful to the original renders
I don't think early 00s CG is a good basis for making a character face.
After taking on hundreds of contracts, I'm sure you would be pretty bored, too.
>Actual TM face looks like a robotic killing machine which I think is the most fitting.
This. In-game TM face is best.
Absolution is how he would probably look IRL
BM is how I want him to look in vidya and movies
Speaking of, I like some user's reasoning about why TM's kills are often so elaborate. 47 became so bored with just shooting people in the face he had to make some self-imposed challenges to keep things fresh.
absolution
also best voice
It's the evolution of 47. In C:47 he kills because he doesn't know how to do anything else, in 2 he's killing just to save his friend. In BM and Contracts he's resigned himself to being a killing machine and is completely emotionless about it, by TM he's been the top assassin so long that he treats it like a sport. If we assume the ridiculous ways you kill the targets in TM are canon then the guy must absolutely love his job
>So then once I fuck with his dead mother's room I imagine he'll freak out and try to flee by plane, good thing I'll be waiting in this fortress next to this loaded ancient cannon, ready to fire on him. Yep, that's the best way to kill him alright.

This.
Blood Money is actually good because it's literally 47's face, he has that look, totally careless and cold.
The newface is way too young.
Absolution's face, looks like some kind of sitcom actor...
>Best guess for this image: Filename
BM Hitman is always going to be the "correct" look but I do really like how he looks in the new one. I just wish it sold better so we'd be guaranteed three seasons
Absolution.
this, TM hitman is the hittiest man yet tbqh
>After I impersonated a drummer and gave a sick solo, I found the recording of the guys dead girlfriend fighting with him just before he killed her, and sat down in a chair in shadow behind him. You should have seen the look on his face!
Absolution, don't like the new hitman face at all
>by TM he's been the top assassin so long that he treats it like a sport. If we assume the ridiculous ways you kill the targets in TM are canon then the guy must absolutely love his job
Given all the ridiculously varied jobs he can fake being an expert at to blend in by TM (drummer, psychiatrist, yoga instructor, masseuse) I think he definitely enjoys keeping things fresh and having a bit of laugh rather than just being a guy who shoots people.
>go on a killing spree in Bangkok
>hear scared NPCs repeating "it's just a video game, it's just a video game, it's just a video game"
dumb as hell but got me right in the sides to be honest
Blood Money
I think it'll sell better once it goes physical in January. Episodic/online-only is still pretty niche.
Anyone have the sales numbers so far?
>Someone made an off-hand comment about my passing resemblance to a fashion model. It appears the most straightforward way to stealthily get to my target is to disguise myself as one of the most famous faces on the planet during one of the most significant events in the fashion world. This should be easy.
He has maybe one job a month. How long does that explicitly take to prepare for, given how Diana does all the actual recon? 2-3 days? Account for travel times and you got a guy who spends the vast majority of his life as a rich transient, moving between hotels of varying quality across the entire planet. He doesn't have any known hobbies, no social life, no family. It makes perfect sense that he spends all his free time learning different skills in case he needs them, everything from languages to being a mixologist.
Nothing certain but word on the street is second season has already been greenlighted so there's that.
Don't forget
>I have to take out the host of a private auction, better disguise myself as fucking arabian(?) royalty
BM is best for being dark, cold and all that shit. Which was the original intent, but doesn't really make sense.
2016 (TM) is best for everyman who can get anywhere and pose equally as a soldier, waiter or a male model.
>Targets are dead, how do I escape without raising an alarm? Walk out the gate? Nah, that's too 2004, I'll steal the company helicopter right from the landing pad.
>How do I infiltrate this highly-secure mountain hospital/resort? The Agency can easily get me a 5-star room as a patient. Nah, think I'll dress up like a ninja and free-climb up the side of a mountain, haven't done that in a while.
>Diana, I'm escaping by speedboat while dressed as a vampire magician
This is not how final 2016 face looks like.
Honestly at this point he probably isn't even doing it for the money, because he's already rich, or that he has to, because he could kill any agent the agency sends after him, he's just doing it for the lols now. Like, this is probably the only thing he actually finds enjoyment in, killing people in new and creative ways.
>Diana, for this next mission I'm going to need your team to smuggle my gear into the kitchen area
>Alright 47, what do you need? The semi-automatic with attached suppressor and modified scope? Explosives?
>Nah, I think ninja throwing stars will suffice for this.
Absolution is the most human looking one. Hitman 1-3 he looks like has some black blood. 2016 looks nothing like that, in 2016 his face is pretty detailed but looks different depending from where the lighting is coming from.
>stubble hair
No.
There's just something about it that's very off putting in a not good way.
I guess it's a combination of his face being pretty static, the eyes being neon blue and looking like someone just farted in the elevator he's in.
And he looks a bit much on edge compared to the more relaxed former versions.
At this point there's a company betting pool between all the handlers about what ridiculous shit he'll ask for next.
where is absolution and isnt TM's face only the prologue face?
I though he looks a lot older after the paris mission.
Well yeah, that has been established in SA already. He kills because that's what he's good at and that's what he was made for.
>mfw seeing the W2000, a tonfa and fucking ninja stars on the list of Japan unlocks and all the "kill X bodyguards with a katana while dressed as a ninja or in Bruce Lee motorcycle gear" challenges
Such a great end to season 1.
Yeah, Hokkaido unlocks were really top tier. Yet they still managed to put another explosive in there.
But muh briefcase motherfucka.
>Diana, remember that extremely rare, extremely expensive and fantastically easy-to-trace collectors rifle I used to use about 10 years ago? I broke it when I threw it off a casino balcony, remember? I need you to go get me another one and leave it behind a dumpster in an alleyway next to a knock-off electronics shop in Morocco, I probably won't need it but just in case.
the 90s face
No I mean now, killing isn't the only thing he knows how to do. After all, he was a gardener for a church in Blood money I believe. But, the thing is, now he doesn't WANT to do anything else.
>remember the time i kidnapped a hillbilly greaser with a limp, let him dig his own grave, shot some vultures out of the sky and a random ice truck drove him over and catapulted him into space?
Is him being a human made from the genetic material of several other humans still part of the series?
It hasn't been retconned yet.
Of course, every single thing that happened up to BM is canon. And Absolution kinda sorta happened but not necessary in the way the game described it.
That was Hitman 2, just before he was dragged out of that life when the Priest was kidnapped.
We are all made from the genetic material of several other humans
Did he kill all the other clones or are there still some around?
Supposedly 17 was the last one but who knows, this Providence shit is interesting.
It's heavily implied that the bearded mystery man terrorist is a clone too.
He killed them all
I wanted to say
>Clone from several different humans
But that's not a clone now is it
Right because it doesn't seem to come up much in the series
Does hitman 2016 have any references to other games ?
It has been referenced in every single game, though I haven't played Absolution so I can't vouch for that one. TM's tutorial is talking about some hospital in Romania and season finale has a photo of 47 as a kid.
I mean his clone origins are a big plot point in Silent Assassin where the big bad is the brother of one of 47's fathers, and in BM where the Franchise wants to get their hands on 47's genetic material for their own rival cloning program.
Yes, it's actually a major plot point.
>game:subtitle
>game 2:subtitle
>game:subtitle
>game:subtitle
>GAME
Plenty of nods to it, nothing super big. References to past targets mostly.
The subtitle is ™.
Absolution is not Hitman
This is getting increasingly common with film/videogames, even ones that aren't reboots, just to try and avoid alienating people who might be put off by a number or subtitle after the title.
>цфдл
Remove Russia
And your aspect ratio for Contracts is broken
BM 47 has a special place in my heart mostly because of nostalgia and it's one of my favourite games.
However I think the new 47 looks great. He looks like a guy who could really blend in wearing the uniforms of other people.
He looks cold and dangerous, but not as intimidating as BM 47. Thats why I like the new one better. He still look cold and professional, but more in a subtle way.
The pic in OP is outdated btw.
>perfect clone
>mole
Nah
No memes or anything, but Blood Money is undoubtedly the best. If 2016 opens his eyes a tad, he'd take it.
Is it just me, or does Square Enix being a publisher show in Hitman?
He's really got like a JRPG handsome middle aged gentlemen face.
Its fucking weird.
That's so that the newer generation could be introduced to the series without feeling they have to start from a 16 year old game.
But a 16 year old game had a subtitle.
>white suit
Where do I get this?
In fact... where the hell do I get any new outfits?
In Absolution I could start in priest outfit even when it had nothing to do with the map. I could go on crazy priest ridding the world of sinners cosplay, but now I can only choose from starting location specific outfit, default outfit for said mission or 47's iconic suit.
I want to get ninjer outfit in other missions as well.
I want priest outfit and I want full soldier uniform so I can have fun tacticool cosplay.

I really like Absolutions face.
(DO NOT READ AS: I LIKED ABSOLUTION).
But he looks more grim, serious and intimidating.
>Codename 47
Looks like he needs to use the bathroom.
>Silent Assassin
Long face, big lips.
>Contracts
He has some gerber baby facial definition here. Like he's trying to hide a smile or something.
>Blood Money
Isolate, simplify, complete. This is the face of a stone cold killer.
>Absolution
Complete shit, someone replaced 47 with a pitbull.
>™
His eyes are too high on this head here, but apparently this isn't the final render so w/e
Fucking TM runs like trash on my (powerful) machine. I can only get decent FPS running it in DX12 mode but every other update breaks that. Why is it so poorly optimized?
Give me psycho 47 any day because he looks just right.
He looks like a bald nazi officer.
I like it.
White suit was pre-purchase only i think.
And you can only pick suitable suits for each mission, unless you pick a specific method of entry in which you start with a pre-determined get up.
Like in the Paris level:
You can pick between the Tuxedo and the Suit (and the white one if you have it) BUT you can also just pick to start as a technician in the sound booth, or a chef in the kitchen etc...
Blood money, goes great with the voice too.
Why have none of them come close to what the actual art depicts?
Because the "actual art" is different in every game except Contracts/BM because it was obviously made at the same time.
Different artists and art directors.
BM and TM are on par in how much I like em
Conclusion : ingame 47 never really looked like the CG version.
I don't know why, I don't think it's that hard today to make the ingame models looking like the artworks.
47's design started as a face transplant from Bateson.
>The one from Blood Money
hitman 2016 is by far the best hitman.
any other opinion is just wrong and tinted by nostalgia glasses.
we all like to remember those great blood money levels, but unlike blood money, hitman 2016 features no bad levels
