I had a wired one and a wireless one, both broke after a few months, specifically the triggers started spazzing out. Got an Xbox360 pad instead and haven't had to replace it in over a year. Most of my Logitech stuff broke after a year max, fuck em.

there is no excuse in owning these as 360 controllers are literally around 30 dollars

if you can't even afford that you probably should just neck yourself

Ive had mine for like 5 years now. No problems, analogs could be a little lower

I had an even shittier version of this with square thumbstick gates.

I have the F710
the triggers are a little too stiff for my liking other than that pretty good

it's been my main PC controller pretty much forever.
The disc dpad is very nice for retro and modern gammin

Looks about on equal tier with the Switch

Seriously don't tell others what's nice and not when you can only afford a single option.

Mine too. Its pretty awful

Pic related was the greatest controller series of all time.

I have a fuckton of controllers. Wear and tear means I prefer using the cheap ones since they're easier to replace, I admit. But this thing is mostly just a ps2 controller with a slightly nicer dpad

...

>terrible triggers
>mushy, inaccurate D-pad
>keybinding is a bitch
>doesn't even work out-of-the-box with many games

Had two of these over the years and never liked them. Console controllers are still the best, especially since most PC games with native controller support use the Xbox as a basis anyway.

I use a Steam Controller, and I can confirm that it is NOT a meme.

This shit is fantastic once you get settled in with it.

>I have a fuckton ones
I don't understand what you personally gain from giving out bad advice, do you convince yourself your purchase was worth it? I just don't get it personally.

This one's decent. But there's a 20% deadzone on analogue sticks. very noticable.

Only reason I considered buying this controller at one time was for the MapleStory chair code that came with them for a limited time
Really glad I didn't

I own one.
No problems with it.

When it comes to gamepads, the Xbone controller is really all you need. All the pros of the Xbox 360 controller, but with a better D-pad, better buttons, and generally more reliable. The only problem I can think of is that it makes a weird noise when it rumbles.

...

God damn user, enjoy eating your own shit too much

Wrong reply much?

I'm not the one saying
>using cheap ones since they're easier to replace
Which is some kind of lie in and of itself.

I have an old version of this, called the Dual Action
It's built like a fucking tank. It has lasted me probably 10 years.

Recently it broke though. But I opened it up and fixed the worn-out copper.

Still I've never owned a 360 controller, but have owned many other controllers. None were built as fucking solid as that one. It doesn't even have room for shit accumulation on the ridges (it has no ridges). The buttons are clacky as fuck

>mfw day 1 on getting my own even after reading nothing but glowing reviews
That controller is COMPLETE HORSESHIT. Literally everything about it is awful. All the buttons felt awful. The sticks had dead zones. It physically hurt to hold the damn thing.
OP if you want to be cheap, don't go less than an official 360 controller. I still suggest taking the plunge and getting either Xbone pad or DS4. I got a DS4 and I'm glad I did.

That's an ugly chair. It's that you told me it's a chair, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to tell.
I'm glad you didn't

>lasted me for 10 years
Is this supposed to impress anyone? Like doesn't every controller if taken proper care of? Does age really imply quality when it doesn't tell anyone how often you played on it? Anyways, it really just comes down to luck how often something breaks, I've had gamecube controllers that went for months then some that went for years. But I play Melee several hours a day.

>360 circle pad
>dualshock analog placement

Bringing the worst of both worlds is an awful idea.

Its only 25$ vs the 60$ console controllers?

I used ps3 controllers as my main PC controller for a long time and like 3 broke exactly the same way, the spring in the R2/L2 buttons broke which meant that even the slightest tap would count as compressing the shoulder button. It cost 60 dollars to replace one back then. If there's a controller that's as comfortable for 15, why not use that?

...

What does that have to do with easiness?
Just admit you are poor and shouldn't be spending money on video games anyway. I don't get why third worlders are so hell-bent on pretending they play in the same leauge. Gaming is a first world hobby. Don't like it get off.

>I used a ps3 controller on my PC
So you couldn't afford a 360 controller. And probably don't have a SNES controller either.

See it's so easy to debunk all your shitty stories. I don't know why anyone would take advise from people so ignorant on the subject. But that's just me.

Why do I see more and more hate with logitech controllers?

I am aware of all that but I emphasize that it's built way more solid than a normal controller. I dropped it probably dozens of times in those years. It was just a much more thick plastic than any controller i've owned, especially dualshocks. I used it thousands of times, i'm a neet with no life

at this point it sounds like i'm shilling for this thing. but yea.

not saying you should get one, but if it was still 2008, then yea i would tell you to get one. at this point just go for DS4

>muh autism

>hate
?

did a logitech controller rape your mother?

>I don't take care of my shit so you should trust me when I say I know how a controller is supposed to function
I just think you're the fast-food equivalent.

Literally ANY controller is good on PC

Still using it, the shoulder triggers are getting spazzy lately tho. Already opened it to clean.

I'd say a xbone controller is the only option after all.

You seem pretty buttblasted. Isn't it time to let go of your bitterness towards a controller?
Also no, 10 years is a very good lifespan for a controller that was used nonstop.

read >>literally any food is good
Okay fatty,

i wish i could still buy them, i would get ps2 adapter for it.

I have the old one. With the weird square joystick wells and generic non-xbox flavored buttons that are simply numbered

looks pretty good. i like the ds4 much more than xb but i really cant stand the ds4 dpad

triggers are stiff and the LT button spazzes out, i've had it for a few months

very good for fighting games
