Dub only fags act as if the dual-audio audience are entitled babies for asking for something that should be a localization standard. In reality Atlus had to delay the game to polish up the version of the game the dub audience wants. But still they're pissing and moaning about the boogeyman that bullied Atlus in to taking away their game for a grand total of 2 months.
2 fucking months. We've been waiting for this game for 36 months up to this point. The delay only increased our wait by 5%. Whatever language option you prefer, having more options means we're getting a better product by the end of that extended production time.

In addition to what others have said, people were asking for dual audio since forever, probably before Persona 3 was released. Atlus just shrugged them because they thought get away with it. People didn't magically hit their head and somehow started asking for dual audio after Persona 5 was released. So no, nobody was too late for asking for dual audio. If you desperately want to blame someone, blame Atlus USA.
