user, I'm assuming you're a young man. Have you extracted all the experiences you could want from these particular friends and LoL? Your friends want nothing more than to experience LoL and fast food over and over again. Interacting with them will lead to more of that.
Plenty of single player games to enjoy if you want to experience a good video game. If you want friends new friends to play vidya with try to make new friends.
I don't know where you're at in your life user but I began to enjoy myself more once I distanced myself from nearly all of my HS friends and began seeking out fucking anything except what they're doing

I've known this feel since 8th grade when all my friends went to different schools and no one in my school played video games. To this day only my OG friends that I made play video games.

Just cause they are super fuckin poor doesnt mean you guys cant spice up your game variety. Some decent free game I know would be Dungeon Fighter Online, World of Tanks, Moonbase Alpha, Tera, and Town of Salem.
Cheap gift games like Risk of Rain, Dungeon of the Endless, 100% Orange Juice, and killing floor 1 might also be a way to go. If you wait for a sale you could probably pay $15 and get everyone a new game to play.
All that said, if your friends are LoL addicted cuntboys that cant/wont enjoy other games, I say cut fuckin ties and find some new bros.
