What do you guys think of this?
I know SE have made some shitty choices like always online and stuff but it looks fun and I'm considering the physical copy when it's out

It makes me feel like a super bad ass
It's repetitive but designed that way.
The first run will always be a blind run with the successive runs being the kind of achievement kill you want.
What's annoying is that you need a wiki to play the game to the full extent since it doesn't tell you where shits located.
episodic is stupid and you will end up paying $180 for all levels
>you will end up paying $180 for all levels
explain
Better than absolution, but shitty online drm makes it unenjoyable with bad internet
season 1 was 60 bucks, season 2 will be 60 bucks, season 3 will be 60 bucks
3 seasons are not to be considered a single game
poor PR marketing i suppose
...
so wait will we unlock the suits if we already match the criteria?
No, even if you meet the criteria on previous ETs they won't be unlocked, you'll have to unlock them starting from ET 14 which is releasing tomorrow in Paris, so the most you can unlock is the tuxedo and Terminus suit if you silent assassin the chef.
ok cool
that means I can get 2 suits minimum if I complete this one
I know the maps are big but 6 levels does not equal a game. they can market it any way they want.
It clearly does equal a game my dude.
how?
People like the new Hitman a lot and low and behold, store.steampowered.com
a GAME!
>People like the new Hitman a lot
>overall score: Mixed
oh, this can't be argued!!! you win!!!!
thx
looks fun i guess
sweet
Amazing game almost crippled by shitty publisher meddling
Evens and I buy the game
oh shit bro
Fuck that's £45 gone
Congrats. Play through every mission including the bonus missions at least once (preferably 3 times each) without Opportunities, minimap, or the bs see-through-walls nonsense, and without looking at the list of challenges.
Afterwards you can take all the time you want perfecting each level and autistically unlocking every item like the rest of us, but do yourself that service first you'll thank me later.
Thanks man, I will do. Just watched Bunnyhop review and he was saying something similar.
Where does the ICA get money for all this shit ?
Who's paying for this facility and all of these actors ?
I imagine the facility itself is just repurposed and they don't use much of it. The actors, I'm sure they make enough $$ to fund.
rainbow siege overpriced
Hitman overpriced
both godo games with shit attached to it.
>can't afford $60 or less in 2016
come on dude, all of us should be at a point in our lives where that really isn't all that much to ask for of our wallets.
There's one up right now, right?
Also, the game itself is good, but episodic structure and always online are shit.
something like 20 hours
not for less than half a game.
I seriously can't look past the always online bullshit and it's a fucking shame
>abloo half a game
I don't even have all unlocks yet and I've played for 60 hours
mostly bitching about DRM lol. the actual game is fantastic, you can easily get 100 hours out of those 6 missions
pay 200 for the whole game if you want but thats up to you
sounds like a personal problem :(
But he already paid 60 for the whole game, why would he pay another 140?
1/3rd of the game
seaosn 2 another 60
season 3 another 60
I really wish they had a map you could look at that doesn't stop the game like in Blood Money. I would like to turn off the minimap, but I don't want to constantly pause the game just so I can keep track of the target, and I'm definitely not going to use wallhacks mode.
But it's not one third, where did you get that idea?
plz correct me user i want to be wrong
If they came out with all the levels (and then some) for what they wanted then how is that not a complete game? Just because you'll launch the game with the same launcher doesn't mean that Season 2 and 3 are not their own games?
I like it a lot but I got bored at the Bangkok level, didn't even finish it. Dunno what to make of it.
When I tried to play it after a break I couldn't connect to the SE servers and I said fuck it. Thanks, always online DRM.
former blood money fan here
just bought the game and I'm on the sapienza level now with all the assists turned except minimap and I can't for the love of god figure out how to kill this bitch.
what gameplay settings do you guys recommend?
Season 1 is a complete game and has enough content, it's just the fact that they called it seasons that's confusing people. There might be less levels than previous games, but each one of them has a lot more ways to solve them.
I can understand if someone doesn't like replaying levels in different ways, but don't pretend the content isn't there.
Is the whole season 1 worth 60-70 bucks?
What's the overall consensus?
>Season 1 is a complete game
Barely
>Is the whole season 1 worth 60-70 bucks?
I would say no. On sale, maybe.
Facility could be surprisingly cheap considering abandoned oil-rigs go for like 250grand, and you can get nameless actors for pocket change from craigslist or in the old times newspaper ads
I bought it for 30 on gmg
>Is the whole season 1 worth 60-70 bucks?
Fuck no.
It's good, but not that good.
Tbh I don't think any game is worth 60 or fucking 70 bucks,
i play with minimal, opportunities off, challenges visible, once i feel I'm done with the level i turn the spoonfeeding on to get any opportunities i might have missed.
Exactly what you have everything off just take more time bro and figure it out you'll get there
The "actors" are prisoners on death row.
That works too.
